About the role
We are looking for a Domain Operations Manager to join our great Product team. You will own domain operations with obsessive attention to detail, automate the boring stuff, and maintain extreme quality. For lovers of precision, efficiency, and calling out nonsense when they see it, this is your playground!
Key responsibilities
Technical Registry Liaison & Communication Management
EPP Changes & Codebreaking Adjustments, BE migrations
Internal admin and billing panels Enhancements & Maintenance
Scrum Mastering & Backlog Management
Registry & ICANN Audit Coordination
Trademark Clearinghouse & Defensive Registrations
Work alongside Lead PM for selected product work
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in the domain/web hosting industry
Obsessive attention to detail: You spot errors before they become problems.
Process automation mindset: If a task is repetitive, you find a way to eliminate manual work.
Agile workflow expertise: Familiarity with backlog grooming, Jira, and sprint planning.
Technical understanding of domain registries & EPP protocol: You know how registry systems work and how they change.
Structured communication skills: You can translate registry updates into actionable insights for internal teams.
Strong documentation habits: If it’s not written down, it doesn’t exist.
Analytical problem-solving: You analyze issues, identify patterns, and propose solutions before problems escalate.
Self-sufficiency: No micromanagement here. You own your domain (literally).
